Which products are available for monthly delivery?
All Omar coffees are available for subscriptions, with the exception of gift baskets, seasonal flavors, and coffee of the month flavors.
How do I subscribe to a product?
Subscribing to a product is easy. To get started, visit our Coffee Subscriptions section and find the product(s) you want to receive each month. Then, you can complete the checkout process just as you would for a one-time purchase. Be sure to log into your customer account (or create one during the checkout process) so that you can easily manage your subscription(s) later.
That’s it – there are no sign-up fees, and the hardest part is choosing your favorite!
Can I receive my subscription product on a schedule other than monthly?
At the moment, Omar offers only monthly subscriptions. In the future, we may offer custom schedules (e.g., every other month), so please check back!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location, at the same rates as for regular, one-time purchases. Orders over $35 always ship free!
Can I put my subscription on hold while I’m away?
Yes – you have the option to suspend (temporarily pause) your subscription at any time. Log into your customer account on the Omar Coffee website. Once logged in, scroll to the “My Subscriptions” section of the “My Account” page and click on the subscription you want to pause. On the next screen, click the “Suspend” button. Your credit card will not be charged again until you manually reactivate your subscription.
How can I manage or cancel my subscription(s)?
Log into your customer account on the Omar Coffee website. Once logged in, the “My Account” page will show you all products you are subscribed to, as well as the date when your next payment will be automatically processed. Click on the subscription you want to manage. On the next screen, you will be able to:
- Suspend (temporarily pause) your subscription
- Permanently cancel your subscription
- Change the address we ship your subscription to
- Change the payment method which is automatically charged each month
- Make a manual payment, if your last automatic payment failed for any reason
Will I receive an email reminder each month?
Yes, you will receive an automatic email notification when your payment is processed each month.
